For items that are in a clean, unworn condition with the original hang tags intact, a full refund may be issued within 30 days of purchase. Janji credit of equal value may be issued for all returns within 60 days of purchase. Please include the original packing slip when shipping back to us and you will make our distribution partner so stoked if the items are folded.
We don’t accept returns for any Janji gear purchased anywhere other than janji.com. We also do not accept returns for items that have been worn or washed. We will cover the shipping costs for domestic returns and exchanges coming from anywhere in the United States only.
Sorry international buddies, return shipping costs are not covered for orders returned from outside the United States. Email us at support@janji.com with your order number and the items you’d like to return, and we’ll take care of the rest. At this time we are unable to offer international exchanges.
We charge a $9 restocking fee for all returns (per returned order, not per item).
